SHIPPING POLICY

The Perfect Nutrition thanks you for your purchase. We aim to ship products out within 24 hours from time of order, however, our processing time can take up to 2 days during holidays or unforeseen events. 

We use Fedex, UPS and USPS. These carriers agree to deliver your package with 7 days after the date of processing. Again, it is our best effort to exceed your expectations, but holidays and unforeseen events may delay your package. 

After processing, each customer is given a shipping tracking code issued by the carrier selected. 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. Please see below for more details. 

*Please Note: Customers may NOT return products for the reason that the product did not treat, prevent or cure a disease, illness or weight-loss that the customer expected.  We do not make these claims as our products are not pharmaceuticals. 

If you are returning the products unopened for a refund, The Perfect Nutrition is not responsible for shipping costs to return the package and will not refund the cost of shipping to you if you were charged any shipping costs. 

How To Return or Report Damaged Items

  2. Verify your purchase with our staff. 
  3. Customer returns product by mailing the products back in their original box and to the address on the original label.
